Client satisfaction is the primary and foremost goal of the Law Office of Kathryn L. Johnson PLLC. Our clients can always expect focused one-on-one personal counseling with regard to their legal matters. Each client is viewed as a unique individual in need of unique legal services and advice.

Kathy became a fully qualified and licensed attorney in California in 1992 and in Arizona in 1999.  In addition, she is a real estate broker in Arizona and a former real estate and mortgage broker in California.  Having grown up in the Tucson area she now offers help and assistance to local clients who have encountered financial difficulties. She helps local residents deal with foreclosures, repossessions, bankruptcies, student loans and a host of other financially specific legal matters. Because the people of Tucson and southern Arizona, as with people throughout the country, are experiencing extraordinarily difficult financial and economic conditions she has found herself in high demand. Runaway debt at local, federal and global levels is affecting virtually everyone on the planet today, resulting in a sharp rise in wage garnishment, debt related lawsuits, and foreclosures.  She is also now a mediator in the mortgage modification mediation program in Arizona Bankruptcy Court.

Kathy has always placed a strong emphasis on providing exemplary debt relief strategies for those affected by these trying economic times. She specializes in foreclosure, stopping harassment by debt collectors, defending debt related lawsuits, wage garnishments, and repossessions. She is uniquely qualified to assess a client’s financial situation from a variety of angles and provide the best solutions for each problem. Initial bankruptcy consultations are free and her fee structure is designed to fit nearly every budget. Her office is conveniently centered at the heart of Tucson.

Call Kathy today and begin your journey on the road to financial recovery.
